Application was developed to migrate customer data from a stand alone VB based clinical records database application to an online ASP (Application Service Provider) model. The client wanted to seamlessly move existing customer data to this online application. System included:

• An intuitive GUI for existing customers and extended reporting capabilities
• Scalability across different clinics; small/medium hospital's clinical records systems
• Tracking of patient clinical progress during hospital stay
• Customizable templates
• Group based reporting using drill down analysis to identify, disease patterns and patient case histories

The challenges involved developing for a multi-database instance deployment model and template based dynamic page generation using XSLT technologies.
