Management Center is highly flexible Sun, configurable Network Management product that manages and monitors all types of Sun Hardware. It is a layered product with Agent, Server and Client as major partitions. Agent has support for SNMP v1, v2 and v2sec protocols. As module leader for the Server layer, the heart of the product, architected and designed the Firewall support between Java console and Java server. The sub modules of this layer are Java Server, Client API and a Services framework which allows the addition of custom services.
